Location: HAMMANSKRAAL
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing productivity, minimising asset downtime, and coordinating both planned and unplanned maintenance activities. This position reports to the Deputy Factory Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage annual maintenance plans to align with the asset management strategy.
- Schedule and oversee the execution of maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including statutory inspections, shutdown planning, and non-urgent work allocation.
- Maintain accurate asset care plans and ensure their regular updates in the On Key system.
- Conduct over-inspections of critical maintenance tasks and manage feedback to enhance performance.
- Monitor and analyse maintenance KPIs, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards and participate in related audits and investigations.
- Matric. National Diploma in Industria, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or NQF5 in planning beneficial.
