What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:





Grade 12 Drivers' License 2 - 5 years' experience as a Maintenance supervisor

Advantageous

5 years is advantageous

The responsibilities are:

Supervising of Ground Staff

Oversee daily duties of ground staff Check attendance and time keeping of staff Check and supervise work completed

Maintenance of campuses

Reviews emails and requests for maintenance Delegate jobs to ground staff Check that jobs are completed correctly Perform maintenance as required across all elements required on the Campus

Security support

Opens and closes school Arms and disarms all alarms Deals with any alarms that go off from the control room

Procurement of stock

Check stock available Purchase required stock post authorization Submit slips for reconciliation to bursar
