We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:
- At least 2-year experience in a maintenance / facilities environment
- Grade 12 qualification
- Experience in waste management a recommendation.
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience as maintenance assistant
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Experience using manual and electrical tools
- Good communication skills
- Drivers license would be an advantage
The responsibilities are
- Perform cleaning activities in and around perimeters of building
- Upkeep of garden and removal of rubble and unwanted items in and around office
- Perform installations, assembling, fittings, repairs and replacements as needed
- Analyze repairs requestsxe2x80x99 and troubleshoot them
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
- Provide assistance to co-workers when needed
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations
The successful candidate will start on 01 January 2024
