We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Assistant to join our team and help us ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of the building and equipment
Perform routine inspections to identify and address issues
Support skilled technicians with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
Ensure tools and maintenance supplies are well-stocked and in good condition
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Requirements:
Basic maintenance experience, including plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and air conditioning
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills
Reliable, with good attention to detail
