- Previous Electrical Trade experience an advantage
- 5+ years' maintenance experience
- Odd jobs, securing fittings, water pipes, fixing of handles etc
- Ability to direct a small in-house team as a general worker
- Hands-on maintenance experience with general repairs and upkeep
- Correcting frames, light bulbs
