Job Description


We are currently in urgent need of a Maintenance Coordinator to join our rental department. The position involves managing maintenance for our extensive portfolio of 600 properties, requiring effective communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Please find below the details and requirements for the role:

Position Details:

  • Start Date: Immediately
Requirements:
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent organizational and deadline-driven skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience in a similar role
  • Openness to constructive feedback and guidance
  • Quick learner with proficiency in using systems such as Gmail, Google Docs, etc.
Scope of Work:
  • Approximately 100-150 maintenance tickets open at any given time
  • Processing deposits for 30-40 vacating tenants monthly within 14 working days
  • Regular training initiatives
  • Possibility of working one Saturday per month (08:00 - 13:00)
  • The current employee in this position will finish at the end of January, necessitating a prompt replacement. We would appreciate your assistance in identifying a suitable candidate as soon as possible.
