Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a for a dependable Mailroom Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing mail, maintain mailroom supplies, and support archiving processes. This role ensures efficient mail distribution and contributes to workplace organization and compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities



Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages Prepare outgoing mail and log overnight shipments Operate mailroom equipment (e.g., postage meters, scanners) Maintain mailroom and archive supply inventories Support archiving and recall processes with accurate documentation Ensure workspace orderliness and health & safety standards Respond to ad-hoc requests from business units

Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in sorting, logging, and documentation Organizational Skills: Maintains order in mailroom and archive systems Communication: Clearly communicates with internal teams and external couriers Customer Service Orientation: Responds promptly and professionally to requests Technical Proficiency: Operates mailroom equipment confidently Reliability: Consistently meets deadlines and handles sensitive information responsibly Adaptability: Manages changing priorities and supports various business units

Qualifications



Matric / Grade 12 (Admin certificate advantageous) 3-5 years' experience in a similar role Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills * Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
