Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE:
We are looking for a Machine Operator that can set up and machine various materials.
MINIMUM CRITERIA:
Trade - Fitter & Turner / Turner / Machinist; At least 2 years' experience with multiple machines within manufacturing environment. Physically fit and healthy; Able to work overtime when required; Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read & interpret engineering drawings; Set up and use of different machines, these machines include lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, boring machines and CNC's. Milling, drilling, turning, cutting and grinding metal and other materials into products with precise dimensions; Always operate machinery safely; Work at a productive rate, without constant supervision General Housekeeping duties.
