Machine Operator: Temporary Position
Job Description
Operates machine for manufacturing different types of bags, membrane tube, injection site etc. and is responsible for all relevant documentation in compliance with relevant SOP's, incorporates responsibility for the quality by means of visual inspection and outputs to planned schedule
Ensures that all routine documentation is present activities recorded, signed and dated as tasks are completed.
Co-ordinates and completes and checks production plan as requested
Ensure all measuring instruments are within calibration
Reviews and discusses type of rejects removed at online inspection.
Implement rework plan and handle relevant SOP's on the instruction of the Production Controller/Heatseal Manager.
Ensures work is completed neatly, stacked, labelled and packed correctly prior to palletising
Identifying gaps for improvement
Good Housekeeping
GMP and GDP knowledge
Matric (Grade 12) level of numeracy and literacy or equivalent
Prior experience of Machine operating would be an advantage
Technical aptitude will be an advantage
Oracle knowledge, Batch Transaction
