Machine Operator (cooling)
Job Description
Main purpose of the job:
Operate the Cooling process with maximum effectiveness complying to policies, procedures and standards consistently
Preferred Requirements:
Matric
In-house induction training
Basic work procedures and manufacturing policies, procedures, and standards Knowledge
Knowledge of the operating procedures, product, packaging requirements, packaging and product specifications and materials, quality procedures, cleaning procedures, health and safety procedures, personal hygiene standards, HACCP, GMP and general manufacturing practices within our environment
Skills
Ability to follow operational guidelines
Ability to follow cleaning and CIP procedures, start-up and shutting down of equipment procedures
Continuous process minding.
