Main purpose of the job:Operate the Cooling process with maximum effectiveness complying to policies, procedures and standards consistentlyPreferred Requirements:MatricIn-house induction trainingBasic work procedures and manufacturing policies, procedures, and standards KnowledgeKnowledge of the operating procedures, product, packaging requirements, packaging and product specifications and materials, quality procedures, cleaning procedures, health and safety procedures, personal hygiene standards, HACCP, GMP and general manufacturing practices within our environmentSkillsAbility to follow operational guidelinesAbility to follow cleaning and CIP procedures, start-up and shutting down of equipment proceduresContinuous process minding.
