: Our client is looking for a highly motivated and articulate Deal Originator to join their fast-paced remote team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to break into the world of M&A, working alongside senior Deal Leaders to generate acquisition opportunities for high-profile clients. Youll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging business owners who may be ready to sell often months before they even know it themselves. If you thrive in outbound calling, have a persuasive phone manner, and love the idea of sparking meaningful conversations with successful entrepreneurs, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities: Execute daily outbound prospecting calls to identify and engage target business owners. Qualify businesses based on financial metrics including turnover, margins, and ownership profile. Support Deal Leaders by maintaining accurate records and intelligence on target businesses. Conduct LinkedIn messaging and research campaigns to uncover potential acquisition targets. Build long-term relationships with prospects, keeping them warm with market updates. Contribute to pipeline development and eventually earn bonuses from completed deals.
Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in a phone-based sales environment (e.g., Financial Sales, Recruitment, Real Estate, Insurance, Stockbroking). Strong communication and rapport-building skills; confident holding conversations with senior business leaders and owners. Results-driven, self-motivated, and hungry to build a lucrative long-term career in M&A. Commercially sharp able to understand business metrics like turnover, EBITDA and margins. Comfortable with outbound cold calling, lead nurturing, and data research. Detail-oriented and tech-savvy confident using CRMs and LinkedIn for prospecting.
