As we expand our Madikwe offerings, we're looking for a passional Travel Consultant who thrives on delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
As a B2C Luxury Travel Consultant - Madikwe Specialist, you will focus on creating tailored safari experience in Madikwe Game Reserve. You'll work directly with clients, guiding them from initial inquiry through to booking and post trip follow-up. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Madikwe's lodges, safari experiences, and logistics, along with a flair for high-touch client service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their luxury travel needs and preferences.
• Design and price tailor-made Madikwe safari itineraries.
• Manage the end-to-end booking process, including accommodations, transfers, and special experiences.
• Provide expert advice on Madikwe lodges, wildlife, and safari experiences.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Work closely with operations to ensure seamless delivery of experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Madikwe properties, experiences, and travel trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience in luxury B2C travel sales or consultancy, preferably in African safari travel.
• Strong knowledge of Madikwe Game Reserve and surrounding regions.
• Proven ability to consult, upsell, and close high-value bookings.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience using CRM systems
• Passion for wildlife, travel, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
