This role is for a consultant who understands that luxury is in the details--the specific lodge deck with the best sunset view, the tracker who knows the local pride, and the seamless logistics that make a trip effortless.
You will manage the full lifecycle of a client's dream safari, from the initial inquiry to the post-trip follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Sales: Deep-dive into client preferences to design tailor-made Madikwe itineraries that exceed expectations.
End-to-End Management: Own the booking process, including luxury accommodation, private transfers, and bespoke bush experiences.
Expert Guidance: Act as the definitive voice on Madikwe lodges, wildlife patterns, and seasonal trends.
Relationship Building: Foster long-term loyalty with high-net-worth clients through proactive, high-touch service.
Operational Excellence: Partner with internal operations teams to ensure every logistical detail is flawless.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 4 years' experience in luxury B2C travel sales (specifically African Safari travel).
Comprehensive knowledge of Madikwe Game Reserve properties and logistics is non-negotiable.
A proven track record of upselling and closing high-value, multi-day safari bookings.
Proficiency in CRM systems to manage your pipeline effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal skills suited for an international market.
