Main purpose of the job
To lecture and develop academic material, and tutorials in your area of expertise.
Create and update course content, including lecture notes, reading materials, and multimedia resources.
Develop assessments such as formative and summative assessments, quizzes, and assignments.

Remuneration: The hourly rate of payment depends on the part-time lecturers qualifications and experience.

- Lectures are mainly delivered in-person, but can be remotely done, if need be, or through a hybrid format.
- Both facilitation and assessment methods may be adjusted with little notice.
- Lecturers are expected to provide their own laptop computers.
- Successful candidates will need to teach on the designated CUT campus and be available during the scheduled class hours for their assigned subject, which may include evening sessions.
- An appropriate B Tech / Honors, Masters or Doctorate degree (depending on the level of presentation)
- Previous lecturing experience will serve as a recommendation.
- Experience with electronic education (Blackboard) is recommended.
