The successful candidate should possess;

Ensure that the Branch operates in accordance with all current applicable legislation, rules and regulations Ensure that the Branch provides the highest possible levels of customer service Ensure that the Branch operates in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, and Internal Control Procedures Ensure that the Branch operates according to the highest possible standards, in keeping with its objective to become the market leader in South Africa in its industry Responsible for ensuring that electronic bingo equipment is serviced, maintained and Operational at all times. Ensure compliance with FICA Internal Rules Ensure that all relevant keys are collected and signed for before each shift and returned and sealed at the end of each shift Change tickets in the EBTs as and when required Ensure that any technical matters that cannot be repaired are reported to the Duty Manager Assist with and ensure clearance is conducted in line with Internal Control Procedures Assist customers with the playing of EBTs and deal with customers in a professional manner Maintain a constant presence in the gaming area Report any suspicious persons in the gaming area to the Duty Manager Assist with and ensure that clearance is conducted in terms of Internal Control Procedures Ensure that the department is kept clean and tidy at all times and that attendance requirements are met Assist with serving drinks and food to guests Overall responsible for ensuring that all EBT's and other equipment is in good working order Ensure that the Technical Department is contacted should assistance be required Assist with general maintenance of other equipment
If you meet these requirements, apply to join our team: Grade 12, Have an understanding of computers i.e. Hard drives, PC Boards, Ram, Bios, Network Switches, Power Supply, understanding of how Fibre Optics work, understanding of mechanical and electrical components, an electrical engineering qualification would be beneficial
