Job Description
This position is for providing guidance and assistance to PPS Short-Term Claims department in the segmentation and channelling of claims in reducing the loss ratio and claims costs. Need to do responses to the PPS Internal Arbitrator and NFO regarding complaints.
To entrench a solid claim's handling philosophy across PPS STI. To control all claims related aspects emanating from the claims environment and to supply technical claims advice to PPS Claims department. Also need to onboard and Manage Service Providers
