The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team within the LDB Division. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and market share growth for our portfolio of products. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and effective marketing strategies across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the division's business objectives and brand guidelines.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging trends.
Translate market insights into actionable marketing plans and initiatives.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Brand Management:
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all touchpoints.
Develop brand positioning and storytelling that resonates with the target audience.
Monitor brand health and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Product Launches & Innovation:
Collaborate closely with product development, LDB, and sales teams on new product launches, ensuring successful market entry and sustained growth.
Develop compelling launch plans, including go-to-market strategies, communication materials, and promotional activities.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on innovation opportunities.
Digital & Content Marketing:
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
Oversee content creation, ensuring engaging and relevant content for various platforms.
Analyze digital campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Budget Management & Performance Analysis:
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Utilize data to inform future marketing strategies and decisions.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, finance, communications, and R&I teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
Manage and mentor junior marketing team members (if applicable), fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
5+years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the beauty, FMCG, or luxury goods industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Strong leadership capabilities and ability to influence stakeholders.
