An organised, solutions-driven Supervisor is required to support national logistics operations with a core focus on the Johannesburg region. The role ensures consistent administration, service delivery, and performance across third-party depots, contributing to a reliable and efficient logistics network.
Working closely with the National Logistics Manager and supporting the Cape Regional Manager through a dotted-line relationship, this role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple demands with discipline, and communicates clearly across regions.
This role is suited to someone energetic, analytical, and adaptable, with the confidence to coordinate national workflows and uphold high operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12; a relevant tertiary qualification or ongoing studies preferred.
- 23 years experience within logistics, supply chain, or depot administration.
- Strong computer literacy and sound written communication.
- Ability to analyse trends, work under pressure, multitask, and collaborate effectively.
