Job Summary Key Responsibilities

Support the logistics team with daily supply chain activities, including inventory management, order processing, and stock control.
Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure timely distribution of power tools and accessories.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and warehouse documentation.
Provide customer support by resolving order queries and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, finance) to optimize supply chain processes.
Assist in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

A Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (completed qualification required).
Strong customer service orientation with good communication skills.
A growth mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong time management and organisational abilities.
