Job Description
Our client in the power tools sector based in Boksburg, is offering an exciting 18-month graduate Internship for a recently qualified graduate in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. This is a valuable opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry while contributing to efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the logistics team with daily supply chain activities, including inventory management, order processing, and stock control.
- Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure timely distribution of power tools and accessories.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and warehouse documentation.
- Provide customer support by resolving order queries and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, finance) to optimize supply chain processes.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- A Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (completed qualification required).
- Strong customer service orientation with good communication skills.
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
