Can You...?:
- Plan, manage, and coordinate all logistics, transportation, and distribution activities
- Develop strategies to optimise supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage relationships with transporters, warehouses, and third-party logistics providers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control and reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations across all logistics operations
- Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellence
- Analyse data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of transport regulations, customs, and inventory management systems
- Proficiency in ERP/logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Syspro, and Oracle)
- An analytical mind with strong problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
