Vacancy: Logistics Planner with Driver Management
Responsibilities:

Plan Deliveries: Schedule and coordinate nationwide safe deliveries.
Manage Drivers: Oversee driver recruitment, training, and performance.
Ensure Safety: Conduct regular safety training and ensure compliance with regulations.
Optimize Routes: Use data to improve delivery efficiency and minimize costs.
Communication: Be the main contact for drivers, resolving any issues during deliveries.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance service offerings

Requirements:

3 years proven work experience in a similar role
National senior certificate
Post-secondary education in relevant field- advantageous
Valid driver's license and own transport
Exhibit strong communication skills in conveying financial information and interacting with colleagues and clients.
Showcase exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in handling administrative tasks.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Experience in the safe or ATM business- advantageous
Prepared to work early morning and late nights
