Qualifications & Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in logistics operations management (3-5 years minimum)
• Prior exposure to the electrical, industrial, or distribution sectors is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee reporting and documentation to support operational decisions
• Lead, motivate, and develop logistics teams to achieve peak performance
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to optimise efficiency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow across operations
