My client is a renowned Chemical Manufacturer and has been operating for 15 decades providing textile and industrial printing solutions. They are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the transportation and distribution processes.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the deliverables of the role include managing complex international logistics operations, developing, and executing logistics strategies, managing logistics staff, formulating cost reduction strategies as well as developing and maintaining relationships with stake holders.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Manufacturing industry experience essential
- 7-yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a Logistics Manager with international shipping exposure
- 6 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in transportation and distribution regulations, including international import and export laws
- Strong leadership and management skills
