Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management (3-5 years minimum)
• Prior exposure to the electrical, industrial, or distribution sectors is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, transportation, and distribution
• Oversee inventory control to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation to support operational decisions
• Lead, motivate, and develop logistics staff to achieve peak performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to optimise efficiency
