Job Description
Job Summary:
The Logistics Manager will oversee and manage the entire logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of telecommunications equipment, materials, and products. This role is critical in supporting project rollouts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business goals. Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Monitor and optimize inventory levels across multiple sites and warehouses. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Oversee logistics budgets, cost control, and performance metrics. Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team. Implement and maintain logistics systems and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS). Support network rollout and maintenance projects with timely logistics planning. Resolve logistics-related issues and delays proactively.

Pay: R25000,00 - R40000,00 per month
