Requirements:
Matric plus relevant qualifications
Communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Good financial acumen and planning skills
Minimum 5 year's experience as an Operations Manager
Experience managing a team of minimum 20 employees
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to think on your feet to solve problems that occur in day to day operations
Continually striving to improve systems
Passionate about the best service delivery principles
Duties and Responsibilities:
Take ownership of service delivery and plan and complete daily action plans for the operations team
Extensive liaison with clients
Evaluate systems and continually look for improvements
Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions of the team
Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Implement quality and the right customer-service standards
Resolve problems that occur and find solutions timeously
Manage the drivers and plan their schedules
Forecast requirements
Prepare budgets and schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions
Develop operations systems that work effectively and smoothly
Analyse and improve organizational process and workflow
