Job Description
As the Logistics Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role--overseeing the movement of goods, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement across transportation, inventory control, and distribution. You'll have the autonomy to implement real change and make a measurable impact on the company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound & outbound shipments, transportation, and distribution
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate logistics reporting and documentation to support strategic decision-making
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing logistics team
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise workflows and cost efficiency
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years' proven experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Prior exposure to the electrical, industrial, or distribution sectors advantageous
- A strong, hands-on leader who can inspire and guide teams
- Organised, detail-oriented, and accountable
