Job Summary Responsible for :

Ensure drivers delivery manifests are recorded on debriefing report.
Ensure the debriefing report/dashboard is completed correctly as per the SOPxe2x80x99s.
Ensure that the customer failed delivery invoices are properly endorsed by the customer and have a customer call centre number.
Ensure the correct parcels are scanned back in and coded correctly on the Freightware system.
