Job Description

Our client, based in the Northern Suburbs, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics operations and provide essential support to the finance department.
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric is essential.
  • 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Accounting background is essential.
  • Above-average Excel and numerical skills, cost calculations.
  • Good bilingual communication - both written and verbal.
  • Must be able and willing to work every 3rd Saturday and alternating public holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Purchasing, reconciliations, and logistical coordination of purchases and sales.
  • Strategic planning.
  • Stock allocation based on demand using the internal computer system.
  • Stock reconciliation.
  • Cost budgeting vs. actual expenses.
