Job Summary REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
- Experience in similar role
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Must have good communication and inter-personal skills
- Attention to detail oriented
- Must have the ability to multi-task
- Fast learner
- Self-motivated and driven
- Coordinate with factory at to when completed orders can be expected in despatch.
- Arrange the correct logistics for the completed orders in despatch.
- Arrange with installation teams to be at installation sites.
- See that installation teams have all the correct information / paperwork and brief to do the installation.
- Arrange for payments for Logistics and Installation team as per agreed rate.
- Assist despatch with checking and labelling orders so that the correct goods get despatch.
- Managing the delivery notes and loading lists for the orders being despatch.
- Making up of installation packs for the installation teams.
- Seeing that all orders are completely loaded on the trucks.
- Arrange couriers and despatch urgent goods to site.
- Responsible for booking maintenance & repairs to all our vehicles.
- Check driversxe2x80x99 logbooks and weekly vehicle checks / Calculate vehicles fuel consumption.
- Contact suppliers for prices and price updates / Updating raw material prices on price lists.
- Other tasks as may be required from time to time.
