Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to facilitate the movement of freight.
- Negotiate and coordinate with carriers and shippers to secure the best rates and services.
- Source new clients and transporters
- Analyze logistics data and market trends to optimize transportation strategies.
- Provide expert advice on logistics processes and regulations to clients.
- Resolve any transportation issues and ensure smooth operations throughout the supply chain.
-valid driver licence and own transport to office required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tautliner or reefers logistics.
- Proven track record of successful client management and business development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
-Salary is based on basic and commission
- One opening for part load specialist in tautliners
- One opening for reefer specialists
