Logistics Coordinator

Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- At least 2 years experience in logistics, exports, or freight forwarding (wine industry knowledge is highly beneficial).
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, SAGE, Wine Online).
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Act as the link between customers, suppliers, warehouses, and transport companies to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries
- Manage export activities, production and distribution planning, and stock monitoring
- Handle logistics documentation, invoicing, and compliance with export, customs, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure adherence to quality, health, and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients and service providers while resolving queries and complaints efficiently
