Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage logistics operations to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods across the supply chain.
Coordinate with distribution partners, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Manage and optimise cold chain logistics processes to maintain product integrity.
Monitor and analyse logistics KPIs, making recommendations for performance improvements.
Support demand planning, replenishment, and delivery scheduling in alignment with operational needs.
Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and cold storage handling standards.
Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

BEng in Industrial Engineering, or a degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
79 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination, ideally within the FMCG or restaurant sector.
Experience with cold storage logistics is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in supply chain systems and advanced Excel/data analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple moving parts.
