A leading organisation in the FMCG restaurant industry is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their team in JHB North.This role is ideal for a logistics professional with a strong Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain background and a proven ability to manage complex logistics networks, preferably involving cold storage operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage logistics operations to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods across the supply chain.
• Coordinate with distribution partners, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage and optimise cold chain logistics processes to maintain product integrity.
• Monitor and analyse logistics KPIs, making recommendations for performance improvements.
• Support demand planning, replenishment, and delivery scheduling in alignment with operational needs.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and cold storage handling standards.
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• BEng in Industrial Engineering, or a degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• 7xe2x80x939 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination, ideally within the FMCG or restaurant sector.
• Experience with cold storage logistics is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain systems and advanced Excel/data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple moving parts.
