Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and delivery operations.
Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to manage order flow and timely deliveries.
Track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and resolve any transportation issues.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and ensure proper documentation.
Support the warehouse team with stock movement planning and distribution.
Assist in cost control, route optimisation, and supplier performance management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.

Requirements:

National Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a logistics coordination or supply chain role.
Experience in the electrical industry is a strong advantage.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS Office and logistics tracking systems.
