Logistics Coordinator

Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and delivery operations.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to manage order flow and timely deliveries.
  • Track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and resolve any transportation issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support the warehouse team with stock movement planning and distribution.
  • Assist in cost control, route optimisation, and supplier performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.
Requirements:
  • National Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a logistics coordination or supply chain role.
  • Experience in the electrical industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics tracking systems.
