Our client, a thriving logistics firm, is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a background in bulk/loose logistics to join their team and drive exceptional client service!Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with our clientxe2x80x99s existing customers to understand their needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate daily loads for specific customers, working with our clientxe2x80x99s office team and sourcing external trucks when needed beyond their fleet.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in bulk/loose logistics is essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong customer relationships.
- Knowledge of sourcing transport solutions is a plus.
- While not required, the ability to bring in additional customers is a bonus and could enhance your earning potential through our clientxe2x80x99s commission structure.
