Job Description

Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock management, and warehouse documentation.
  • Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork).
  • Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to arrange deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and update logistics databases and systems with accurate shipping and receiving records.
  • Ensure compliance with import/ export regulations and company policies.
  • Handle administrative duties related to logistics such as filling, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Support the logistics team in daily operations, including order processing and transporting planning.
