Requirements:
- Matric
- At least 3 years working experience within Logistics, Warehouse or Retail space
- Ability to work accurately with general orders
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to deliver
- Computer literate
- Manage the stock on the website - 200 items
- Act as Warehouse Manager
- Handling picking, packing and dispatching of orders
- Update order statuses in the website backend
- Reconciling PayFast and PayPal
- Managing customer communication
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
