Sales and Operations Plans & Processes (S&OP)
xefx82xb7 Sales and Operations analysis
xefx82xb7 Develop, collate and compile integrated S&OP plans for the business and ensure alignment of the plans to business strategy
xefx82xb7 Reconcile sales and Operation plans to the business and financial plans
xefx82xb7 Implement agreed S&OP processes, coordinate, facilitate and prepare for the relevant monthly/weekly S&OP meetings

Demand Planning
xefx82xb7 Manage the demand planning process and the demand planning tools liaising between Production Plants and business unit (BU) to support the relevant demand planning activities
xefx82xb7 Coordinate and facilitate the relevant demand planning activities and ensure that demand planning aligns with the S&OP process
xefx82xb7 Coordinate and facilitate the demand review meetings (consensus meetings) with clear documentation of decisions & outcomes

Supply Planning
xefx82xb7 Manage, coordinate and facilitate the supply planning processes and tools to support the needs of the business and ensure alignment of the supply planning processes to S&OP
xefx82xb7 Coordinate and facilitate the supply review meetings with the relevant supply chain teams
xefx82xb7 Communicate supply issues and manage inventory policies

Primary Freight Management
xefx82xb7 Oversee, control and manage inbound shipment (including Soremartec products)
xefx82xb7 KPI measurement on inbound primary freights
xefx82xb7 Implementing Group Policies with regards to Inbound transportation
xefx82xb7 Budget adherence

Stock Level Management
xefx82xb7 Ensures the optimal management of stock level, reaching stock target level for each product and meeting the agreed service level.
xefx82xb7 Prevents stock shortage
xefx82xb7 Manages, coordinates and monitors the stock management for each SKU, in order to maximize freshness and coverage level, minimizing the stock shortage and overstock risks

Master Data Management
xefx82xb7 Monitors and verifies the production of documentation related to product coding (RDP process), following up with involved departments
xefx82xb7 Flagging any master data related issues that could cause delay in supply
xefx82xb7 Manage the flow of master data between the business unit, sourcing sites and 3rd party logistics providers

SAP Management
xefx82xb7 Regular update of Supply and Production Plans in APO
xefx82xb7 Maintain and oversee 3PL system/SAP Interface
xefx82xb7 Other SAP processes as necessary by role and business operation
