Logistic Coordinator

Job Description

1. Maintain and update container trackers, costing files, and logistics reports accurately.

2. Support shipment coordination, booking schedules, and delivery planning.

4.Manage and organise logistics documentation and records efficiently.

5. Track and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service commitments, highlighting any exceptions or delays.

Job Requirement

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics coordination or administration. Strong understanding of logistics processes and data systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Analytical thinker with good problem-solving abilities.
