A group of unique lodges, hotels, and residences located in Southern Africa's most beautiful and pristine destinations is looking for a LODGE MANAGER/FIELD GUIDE COUPLE for one of their properties in Limpopo.

Key Responsibilities:
LODGE MANAGER
As Lodge Manager, you will take full ownership of the guest journey, ensuring every stay is immersive, intuitive, and unforgettable. You'll lead a passionate team, shape service standards, and be a visible and charismatic host.

• Daily guest engagement with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Seamless coordination across departments to deliver exceptional service
• Staff mentorship and team motivation, aligned with values and purpose
• Operational excellence, cost control, and sustainability implementation
• Hosting VIPs, travel media, and high-profile guests with flair

FIELD GUIDE
The Field Guide will embody the spirit of the wilderness, engaging guests with exceptional guiding, ecological storytelling, and tailored safari experiences. This role is more than a job--it's a calling to share nature's wonder with insight and humility. We are looking for a certified Trails Guide (FGASA NQF4), with ARH, First Aid Level 1, Rifle Proficiency, and a deep love of conservation and guest interaction.

• Delivering world-class guided game drives and walking safaris
• Creating intimate, safe, and educational wildlife encounters
• Contributing to lodge social media with fresh, authentic content
• Acting with calm authority in emergency or safety scenarios

Candidate Requirements:

• A dynamic couple with 5-star safari lodge experience
• A shared passion for guest delight, hospitality excellence, and nature
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities
• Both roles must hold valid driver's licenses and appropriate certifications
