Job Summary Lodge Manager | Luxury Safari Lodge | North West Province Salary: R35,000 per month (Slightly Negotiable DOE) | Live-In Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager for a well-established luxury safari lodge located in the North West Province . This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and professional individual to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a world-class environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge to ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality Manage all departments, ensuring cohesive and efficient interdepartmental communication Lead; motivate, and mentor staff, promoting a positive working environment Ensure a memorable guest experience through attention to detail and personalized service Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Manage lodge budgets, stock control, and reporting in line with company policies Uphold and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards Represent the lodge brand and values consistently Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a senior lodge management position Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and administrative abilities Sound financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience Knowledge of hospitality systems and lodge operations Ability to work effectively in a remote, bush-based environment Hands-on; proactive, and guest-focused approach Valid driver's license Package Includes: Salary: R35,000 per month (Slightly negotiable depending on experience) Live-in accommodation: 2-bedroom house with open-plan kitchen and lounge Medical aid (single member) Provident fund If you're a dedicated hospitality professional ready to lead a prestigious safari lodge team, send your CV to Kendrick Recruitment to apply.
