Requirements:

• Senior management experience in a 5-star lodge or luxury hospitality establishment

br

• Previous experience managing a small luxury lodge or boutique 5-star property preferred

br

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

br

• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational costs

br

• Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

br

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with high-profile guests

br

• Well-presented, professional, and adaptable to flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all lodge operations including guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance

br

• Lead, motivate, and develop staff to ensure high performance and excellent service delivery

br

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

br

• Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting

br

• Maintain high guest satisfaction and address feedback or complaints professionally

br

• Coordinate staff schedules, rosters, and training programmes

br

• Foster a positive workplace culture and encourage teamwork

br

• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders as required

br

• Monitor and maintain lodge facilities, equipment, and vehicles

• Salary: R22,000 - R25,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
