Roster: 6 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an energetic and service-driven Lodge Manager to join a luxury safari lodge located in the Bloemfontein region. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional with a strong Front of House background who thrives on guest interaction and delivering polished, memorable experiences. The successful candidate will be a visible leader on the floor, passionate about service excellence, and eager to grow within a luxury lodge environment. ?? Front of House Requirements * Previous experience in hospitality, ideally as a waiter or restaurant floor manager * Strong guest relations skills with a natural service-focused approach * Hard-working, proactive and eager to learn * Good knowledge of food, wine and beverage service * Understanding of menu items, ingredients and preparation methods * Basic knowledge of stock control and rotation ? Front of House Responsibilities * Ensure tables are correctly set with appropriate linen, silverware and glassware * Welcome guests warmly and manage a seamless dining experience from start to finish * Maintain clear and effective communication between the kitchen and service teams * Demonstrate full menu knowledge and confidently assist guests with recommendations * Clear tables efficiently while keeping dining areas clean and well organised * Uphold exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation * Maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times ?
