Job Description

As the Lodge Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring exceptional guest service, staff management, and seamless coordination of lodge activities. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of hospitality, with a keen eye for the finer details that elevate the guest experience.



Your responsibilities will include:



Full operational management of the lodge, including guest relations and housekeeping standards.



Acting as PA to the General Manager, assisting with administration, scheduling, and coordination.



Training, motivating, and managing staff to deliver consistent service excellence.



Ensuring guest experiences are personalised and unforgettable.



Monitoring budgets, stock control, and supplier relations.



Maintaining health, safety, and compliance standards at all times.



Package



Salary:

From R20,000+ depending on experience.

Flexible leave schedule.



Hospitality Management qualification is essential.



Proven lodge or boutique hotel management experience (minimum 3-5 years).



Strong organisational and administrative skills.



Excellent attention to detail and passion for creating refined guest experiences.



Strong leadership and communication skills.



Female candidates will be given preference for this role.



Ability to start asap.
