Job Summary ? ?? is currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic for a luxury 5-star safari lodge in Limpopo The ideal candidate will be a passionate and hands-on hospitality professional with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. They will demonstrate confident leadership, excellent operational oversight, and the ability to inspire a service-driven team across all departments. This is a unique opportunity to join a respected lodge group known for its authentic African luxury, commitment to sustainability, and warm, people-focused culture. 3-5 years' senior management experience at a luxury lodge or camp Strong leadership, staff training, and guest service delivery skills Operational knowledge of all departments (FOH, BOH, HR, guest relations) Financial; admin, and stock control experience Highly organised, guest-focused, and results-driven Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sound industry and market knowledge Proficient in MS Office; PMS experience beneficial Valid driver's licence and own transport Stable employment history with contactable references ?? ???? - Although we appreciate all applications, we will only reply to those candidates who have the experience required.
