- Minimum 5+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a management role in the 5-star safari lodge environment
- F&B background
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, organizational and time management skills
- Passionate about creating and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Charismatic, with a keen eye for detail
- Stable employment history and contactable references. NB
- Must have own transport and driverxe2x80x99s license
