Job Summary ? LODGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE | LUXURY SAFARI LODGE | KWAZULU-NATAL ? Kendrick Recruitment is thrilled to be recruiting a dynamic and hands-on Lodge Management Couple for an intimate luxury safari lodge situated within a private game reserve in KwaZulu-Natal. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced couple who thrive in a bush environment, love hosting guests, and enjoy wearing multiple hats in a close-knit lodge setting. ? The Opportunity The lodge is predominantly self-catering, with a limited menu offering, and operates with a small, skilled core team. The successful couple will work alongside the main lodge team and must be fully capable of independently running the lodge during the team's off cycle, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences at all times. ? The Ideal Couple Will Offer a Combined Skill Set Including: * Game Ranger / Guiding experience * Farm or lodge maintenance management * Front of House & guest relations excellence * Strong hosting skills with a warm, professional presence * Cooking or chef-style skills (advantageous) for limited menu preparation * Ability to manage a self-catering operation while elevating the guest experience * Confidence in overseeing day-to-day lodge operations independently * A proactive, adaptable, and solution-driven approach ?
