This is no ordinary job - it's a lifestyle. You'll take charge of day-to-day operations, guest relations, and administration, ensuring every visitor's stay is nothing short of extraordinary. From welcoming VIP guests to managing budgets, stock control, and staff teams, you'll keep the lodge running seamlessly while adding those magical touches that make memories last a lifetime.
*What they're looking for:*
- Proven hospitality or lodge management experience (ideally as a couple)
- Strong operational, guest service, and administrative skills
- Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-driven in every situation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and attention to detail
- Financial acumen with solid budgeting and stock control skills
- Tech-savvy with lodge or property management systems
- Both applicants must have valid driver's licences
- Happy to embrace remote bush living
- No pets permitted
- Unfortunately, no children can be accommodated due to space limitations
